A big welcome to the class of 2021

​This week we welcome our new apprentices to the business.

We received an amazing 4,000+ applications for our apprenticeship programme this year and online assessment days were held to enable us to connect with applicants across the UK. We were really impressed with the calibre of applicants, which made the task of selecting the right candidates very difficult indeed!

We’re pleased to introduce the 32 talented individuals that have been selected to begin their career journeys with us. Between them, they are undertaking a variety of roles - electrical and industrial plumbing, heating and ventilation, BIM coordination, BSE project management, BSE procurement, heating and ventilation (service and maintenance), and quantity surveying.

Their first step is an induction, which gives them a greater insight into who we are and what we do, and what is expected of them, as well as the opportunity to meet their apprenticeship development partners and get to know their apprentice colleagues.

They will then be joining our Engineering and Facilities & Infrastructure Services teams to kickstart their apprenticeship in offices and on sites in locations spanning the length of the UK, from Aberdeen to London.
