Our 2025 apprenticeship roles will be released on our website in phases by location over the coming weeks, starting with roles based in Bristol and Portsmouth. Visit our dedicated Apprenticeships page for to find out how and when you can apply for each role. Here you’ll find out more about the apprenticeships we have on offer, as well as useful information for applicants. You can also keep up to date with everything apprenticeships on socials.
As a family-owned business, we recognise the importance of our successful apprenticeship programme, the opportunities it creates and the value it adds to our company and the wider construction industry.
NG Bailey family member and Non-Executive Director, Chris Bailey, said: “As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are committed to ensuring we have the right skills to embrace the challenges and opportunities the world faces. From artificial intelligence to climate change, or even overcoming the challenges of an ageing population, a skilled workforce will continue to be key to our success.”
Claire East, family member, Non-Executive Director and Head of Family Council added: “For over 90 years, our apprenticeship programme has underpinned our skilled workforce, our reputation for technical excellence and the long-term success of our NG Bailey and Freedom business divisions and our people working in them.”
