Welcome to our new 2024 graduates

This week we welcome eight new faces to the business, as part of our Graduate Programme.

This is the second wave of graduates to join us, following our initial programme launch back in 2022.

Our 2024 intake will start their two-year training programme with a series of Group inductions, followed by a schedule of team activities, development modules, work-based projects and rotation placements across key business areas. This comprehensive approach aims to inspire each new graduate to reach their full potential, build their confidence and strategic acumen in leadership.
