Executive Development Programme launched

At NG Bailey, we take pride in our history of developing exceptional talent through our commitment to learning and development of our people.

Yesterday, we took another significant step by launching two brand-new Executive Development Programmes.

Investing in the development of our current and future senior leaders is essential for our success and these tailored training programmes are designed to future-proof our organisation and, empower our leaders to develop their skills and continually evolve in their roles.

The bespoke leadership programmes are developed in partnership with Melior Esse, and span 24 months of continuous learning. Participants will focus on innovation, customer experience, leadership, culture and operational excellence – all of which support our long-term business strategy.

Each participant was selected based on talent, potential and performance reviews and they will now embark on an experiential learning journey where they will engage in a series of activities to learn, gain experience, and being advocates for learning, sharing their knowledge and skills to benefit their wider teams.

The first cohort of attendees to the programmes, were welcomed by Jonathan Stockton, Chief Executive and Rob Smith, Group HR Director. Followed by a series of ‘ice breaker’ activities, warming them up for the start of the in-depth programmes in the coming weeks.
