Graduate recruitment 2024 - new opportunities to join us

Today, we have an exciting development to share about our 2024 Graduate recruitment programme - we have four new roles now open for applications.

So, if you missed your chance to apply earlier this year, this could be an opportunity for you to join us. 

The four new roles are with our Freedom business and include:  

• 1 x Graduate Design Engineer (Civil Engineering) role 
• 2 x Graduate Electrical Design Engineer role 
• 1 x Graduate Electrical Engineer role 

However, these opportunities won’t be open for long. The closing date for applications is 8 April.

What does our graduate programme offer? 

Our comprehensive two-year graduate development programme is designed to provide a diverse range of job experiences, on-the-job learning, and a personalised learning journey supported by a dedicated mentor, coach, and line manager. 

The programme encompasses a well-structured array of activities, development modules, work-based projects, and rotational placements across key business areas within NG Bailey. These elements are strategically crafted to challenge and inspire participants, propelling them towards realising their full potential. 

Other key elements include: 

• Applications from both internal and external candidates are welcome 
• Participants will complete rotations during the first two years of the programme with workplace learning activities. This means you must be available to travel to and reside in different locations across the UK during the programme 
• Certain roles may require security clearance 
• All participants will complete two projects throughout the programme, one work-based and one social responsibility-driven.
