Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards 2024 shortlist success

We’re pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Property and Construction category at this year’s Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards.

The category acknowledges companies that are building a better future, and we are delighted to join the other Yorkshire-based businesses shortlisted. 

As the UK’s leading independent engineering and services business, we are the forefront of being able to directly influence the transition to a lower carbon future. We have focused on developing a clear roadmap for reducing our own emissions, alongside advising, and offering lower emissions solutions for our clients, many of whom are on their own sustainability journeys. 

Through our market-leading Net Positive responsibility strategy, our projects continue to make significant contributions to the increasingly important decarbonisation agenda and the UK’s ambition to achieve net zero by 2050.  

We know the importance of sustainability in the construction industry, and we are taking bold action to tackle the challenge of net zero head on to ensure we play our part in creating a better future for all. 

The Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards recognise the businesses and organisations in the region that are making permanent and positive changes to their environmental impact.  

The winners will be announced at the event on the 18 April 2024.
