Contract win for NG Bailey on West Yorkshire Combined Authority HQ project

NG Bailey has been appointed to deliver the installation of new Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services in the refurbishment of Wellington House in Leeds city centre, the headquarters of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
A team from our Engineering Division will be working with Principal Contractor Willmott Dixon Interiors to fully refurbish the five-storey office block, including the roof and basement, during the year-long project which is set to start in July. The project has been phased, so we’ll be focusing on two floors at a time to enable West Yorkshire Combined Authority, to maintain operations on the other floors whilst work is underway.
The contract is worth £2.33m to NG Bailey and will see team delivering the installation of services including heating, domestic water services, drainage, ventilation, containment, small power, data, fire and security.
