“OUR VISION IS TO BE THE BEST, CREATING EXCEPTIONAL ENVIRONMENTS FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS”
NG Bailey is the largest independent engineering, construction and services company in the UK. As a family owned business, with over 95 years in operation, we have a proud heritage, notably in the quality of our workforce and strong design and technical capacity. Our values of passion, integrity and excellence remain at the heart of everything we do.
NG Bailey delivers – Engineering, Offsite Manufacture, Rail, IT Services and Facilities Services. The services we provide cover the complete built environment lifecycle and are encapsulated within a building information modelling management (BIMM) framework from design, installation and commissioning to operation, energy management, maintenance, managed services and lifetime asset replacement.
Keeping costs down and quality up are key requirements for our customers. We have the ability to make a significant contribution to managing tight budgets, boasting over 100 design and technical employees who use innovative techniques such as offsite manufacture. Our early involvement on projects consistently leads to overall reductions in project costs and shorter delivery times.
We also understand that buildings and IT infrastructure need to perform as designed, to ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency – and with energy costs predicted to rise at double digit levels, this is now more important than ever. To help customers achieve optimum performance across their assets, NG Bailey has developed a unique and innovative approach - using best in class global technologies to drive down energy costs and keep them low using real time monitoring and control.
Finally, we believe that to achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders, our relationships with customers should be built on an integrated team approach and a shared strategy.
I hope this website will give you a flavour of the services we offer, and the work we do, and I look forward to us working together in the future.
