We are delighted to announce that last night, NG Bailey and building energy management systems provider, AIS BMS, won the ‘Partners in Sustainability’ award at the Premises and Facilities Management Awards 2016 at The Brewery in London.
Our joint entry focused on the technical solutions we implemented in the Land Securities pilot scheme, which saw us deliver a nine per cent reduction in energy consumption – a total which equated to over £400,000.
One of the particularly technical elements was air quality control, where the approach we took utilised existing HVAC installation and BEMS – reducing both the cost and environmental impact of the project.
Chris Coath, head of energy at NG Bailey commented: “We’re thrilled to have won this award, which highlights the hard work and dedication our teams have put into achieving a really fantastic outcome for our client. Working with AIS BMS has been an excellent experience and we’re extremely proud of the results we achieved for Land Securities during the pilot scheme”
Now in its 23rd year, the PFM Awards focusses on partnerships and has established a reputation as one of the most prestigious in the industry.
