NG Bailey apprentices celebrate their achievements at graduation ceremony

The latest graduates from NG Bailey’s award-winning apprenticeship programme have celebrated completing their training. This year’s class saw 43 apprentices graduating in seven different disciplines ranging from Building Services Engineering and Business Administration to Fabrication and Welding and Power Network Craftsperson.

It is NG Bailey’s largest apprentice graduation group for five years. This year also saw the company’s first Quantity Surveyors graduate after successfully completing a four-year training programme.

The ceremony was held at Warwick University with the graduating apprentices being joined by family and friends to celebrate their success.

NG Bailey has been training apprentices since 1934. Chris Bailey, Family Non-Executive Director joined Frank Clayton, Group Head of Learning to present the graduation certificates.

Frank commented: "I love graduation, it's the best event of the year. Seeing our apprentices complete their programme and being able to celebrate that achievement with them and their families captures, for me, one of the things that makes NG Bailey such a great business to work for."
