To meet our customer commitments we seek suppliers of materials, services and subcontractors who can add to our strategy and continuously improve and enhance our supply chain.
Our procurement team manages the acquisition of all externally supplied resources, selecting and managing companies who can contribute to our long-term business success.
My SupplyChain is NG Bailey’s web-based supply chain accreditation and performance management system.
The system holds essential and important company information as well as an electronic performance management system to score suppliers and subcontractors across tendering, delivery and onsite performance. It allows us to search for and select suppliers by service, location and performance, and only companies registered and approved on MySupplyChain will be considered as part of our supply chain.
Our supply chain partners can enter and maintain their own data directly into MySupplyChain. Completed supplier assessments provide us with the information we need to engage with suppliers and subcontractors. In time the system will provide our supply chain with the opportunity to log in and review their own performance.
If you do not already have an established trading relationship with NG Bailey and you would like to be part of our supply chain you must complete a supplier enquiry form. Initially, you will be asked to provide your registered company name and number. The system will then check if you already exist in our database and if not will then request you complete the form.
Completed forms will then be reviewed and if your submission is of interest, you will receive an invitation to complete a supply chain assessment. Completing this will provide us with the information we require to assess your suitability as a supplier or subcontractor. This is the first stage of our accreditation process.

If you are an existing supplier and have registered your details on MySupplyChain you can request access to update your records. While you will receive periodic reminders to update key information it is your responsibility to ensure that all of your data us kept up to date. Lapsed data can change your trading status. If you wish to update your records please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then send out log on credentials and instructions for you to access your records.
If you are an existing supplier but have not yet been asked to register on MySupplyChain you can complete a supplier enquiry form. You will then receive an invitation to complete a supply chain assessment.
